Juan Villalobos Joins RBF Consulting’s Ontario Office

Juan Villalobos has joined RBF Consulting’s Ontario Office as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Associate. Mr. Villalobos brings over 25 years of experience in the Water Resources arena. He has extensive Federal Service experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, in both the Planning and Engineering Divisions and fully understands the USACE Civil Works authorization and appropriation processes. He was responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams through the formulation, management and execution of large complex water resources projects. A majority of his USACE career experience involved flood damage reduction, floodplain management ecosystem restoration (including wetland and riparian habitat development), multi-use recreation, landscape architecture and public/stakeholder outreach. Mr. Villalobos has the skillful ability in establishing strong and connected professional relationships with clients, State and Local governments, Stakeholders and Resource Agencies.

Mr. Villalobos earned a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona and obtained a Certificate in Leadership Development from the US Army Corps of Engineers, South Pacific Division. He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), the American Water Resources Association, and the Santa Ana River Watershed Alliance.
