E-House (China) Holdings Limited (NYSE: EJ) rose 5.29% to $21.50 after EJ reported net income for the third quarter of $34.91 million against $10.9 million same quarter last year. On an average, analysts expected EJ to earn $0.31 per share on revenues of $78.98 million.
Zoom Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZOOM) climbed 25% to $10 after it raised FY2009 earnings outlook. ZOOM now expects FY2009 revenue to be in the range of $185-$195 million and net income to be in the range of $5.9-$6.1 million. In the last six months, ZOOM gained over 377%.
Semitool, Inc. (NASDAQ: SMTL) jumped 30% to $10.97 after Applied Materials Inc. reported that it will acquire Semitool Inc. for $364 million. In the current year, SMTL gained 175%.

BluePhoenix Solutions, Ltd.(USA) (NASDAQ: BPHX) climbed 9.89% to $3 in the pre-market after BluePhoenix announced that it has received a multi-million dollar contract to modernize mission critical systems of global Tier 1 retail chain by IBM. So far in 2009, BPHX gained over 48%.
NeurogesX, Inc (NASDAQ: NGSX) increased 8.13% to $8.90 after NGSX announced that it has received FDA Approval of Qutenza 8% Patch for treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Yesterday, NGSX closed at $8.24.
SINA Corporation (USA) (NASDAQ: SINA) moved up 7.56% to $46.15 after SINA said its third quarter sales declined from 105.4 million to $96.4 million in 3Q2009. On an average, analysts expected SINA to earn $0.34 per share.
Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOR) climbed up 6.70% on $3.98 in the pre-market session. The 52 week trading range for QCOR is $3.10 - $9.81. So far in 2009, QCOR declined over 59%.
