Home Diagnostics, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDIX) climbed 88.93% to $11.43 in the pre-market session. Home Diagnostics announced today that it has signed a definitive merger agreement with Nipro Corporation. In the previous trading session, HDIX closed at $6.05. HDIX has declined over 13% in the last year.

Acme Packet, Inc. (NASDAQ: APKT) jumped 17.99% to $12.59 in the pre-market session. Acme Packet reported yesterday that it expects total revenues to be in the range of $182 million - $186 million, up from prior outlook of $166 million - $168 million and expects non-GAAP diluted earnings per share to be in the range of $0.44 - $0.47, up from prior outlook of $0.41 - $0.42. The 52-week trading range for APKT is $3.96 - $12.25. Acme Packet closed at $10.67 in the last trading session.

Labopharm Inc. (NASDAQ: DDSS) moved up 19.54% to $3.12 after Labopharm announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved OLEPTRO(TM) used for the treatment of major depressive disorder in adults. The 52-week trading range for DDSS is $0.76 - $2.95. Labopharm closed at $2.61 in the previous trading session. DDSS has gained over 31% in the last six months.

Dataram Corporation (NASDAQ: DRAM) surged 11.42% to $3.22 in the pre-market session. In the last trading session, Dataram Corporation closed at $2.89. The 52-week trading range for Dataram Corporation is $1.11 - $5.49. DRAM has surged over 99% in the last six months.

NetLogic Microsystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: NETL) climbed 10.82% to $48.02 in the pre-market session after NetLogic Microsystems announced yesterday a fourth quarter revenue of $69.5 million, as compared to $30.9 million in the year ago period. NetLogic Microsystems closed at $43.33 in the last trading session. In the last year, NETL has gained over 104%.

Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AUXL) increased 8.62% to $30.50 after Auxilium Pharmaceuticals announced yesterday that it has received marketing approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for XIAFLEX, used for the treatment of adult Dupuytren's contracture patients with a palpable cord.
