Dimitrios Georgiou Joins Evercore as Senior Managing Director in the Industrials Corporate Advisory Practice in London

Evercore EVR announced today that Dimitrios Georgiou has joined the Firm's Investment Banking business as a Senior Managing Director.  Mr. Georgiou will be based in London and will focus on advising clients on M&A and capital-raising assignments in the Industrials and Services sectors. 

Mr. Georgiou was most recently a Managing Director at RBC in London, where he was Head of Industrials and Services, before which he had been Co-Head of European Industrials and Global Head of Services at Citigroup.  With 27 years of corporate and investment banking experience focused on the Capital Goods, Building Products, Construction and Services sectors, he has advised on a number of notable transactions for a range of corporate and financial sponsor clients, including Danfoss, IMI, Skoda Holding, Sulzer, GE, AMEC, Balfour Beatty, Hochtief, Skanska, Vinci, Holcim, Persimmon, Taylor Wimpey, Bain, Carlyle, CDR, Cinven, EQT, Investcorp, KKR, PAI and TDR.
