BETHESDA, Md., Aug. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- American Capital Senior Floating, Ltd. ACSF ("ACSF" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared monthly cash distributions of $0.097 per share of common stock for each of August, September and October of 2016.  The monthly cash distributions will be paid to common stockholders of record as set forth in the table below:
