Carmike Cinemas, Inc. CKEC, a leading entertainment, digital cinema and 3-D motion picture presenter, today announced that it will report its 2016 second quarter financial results, along with management commentary, following the market close on Monday, August 1, 2016.

In light of the proposed transaction with AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc., Carmike will not host a conference call or webcast to review its results for the second quarter of 2016.
