GNC Holdings, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

PITTSBURGH, July 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of GNC Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") authorized and declared the quarterly cash dividend for the third quarter of 2016 of $0.20 per share of the Company's common stock.  The dividend will be paid on or about September 30, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 16, 2016.
