Rose Rock Midstream, L.P. Announces Distributions on Limited Partner Units

TULSA, Okla., July 21, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rose Rock Midstream^®, L.P. RRMS announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution with respect to the second quarter of 2016 of $0.66 per unit, or $2.64 per unit on an annualized basis, which is unchanged from its distribution with respect to the first quarter of 2016. This distribution represents an increase of approximately 1.5% over the distribution of $0.650 per unit with respect to the second quarter of 2015.

The distribution will be paid on August 12, 2016 to all unitholders of record on August 2, 2016.
