Lester Liu Joins Ellie Mae as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development

Ellie Mae^® ELLI, a leading provider of innovative on-demand software solutions and services for the residential mortgage industry, announced today that Lester Liu has joined the company as senior vice president of corporate development. In this role, Lester will lead mergers and acquisitions, while also driving integration and strategic planning.

Prior to joining Ellie Mae, Lester served as vice president of global corporate development, mergers & acquisitions and strategy for Visa, where he led transaction execution and developed M&A strategy. Prior to Visa, Lester was a senior vice president in technology mergers & acquisitions with Lehman Brothers / Barclays and held similar leadership positions with Merrill Lynch and Thomas Weisel Partners. Lester holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Stanford University.
