Regency Centers Announces the Acquisition of Klahanie Shopping Center in Seattle, Washington

SAMMAMISH, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Regency Centers Corporation ("Regency"), a national owner, operator, and developer of grocery-anchored shopping centers, has announced the acquisition of Klahanie Shopping Center, which was acquired on a wholly owned basis for a gross purchase price of $36 million. Anchored by a 40,000 square foot retailer-owned Quality Food Centers ("QFC" – a Kroger banner), the center includes an additional 67,000 square feet of space leased to a compelling mix of national and regional retailers.
