Ryder Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of Ryder System, Inc. R, a leader in commercial fleet management, dedicated transportation, and supply chain solutions, today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.44 per share of common stock, to be paid on September 16, 2016, to shareholders of record on August 22, 2016. The dividend reflects a $0.03 increase from the $0.41 cash dividend Ryder had been paying quarterly since July of 2015. This is Ryder's 160th consecutive quarterly cash dividend – marking 40 years of uninterrupted dividend payments.
