Finish Line Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend, Board Authorizes New Share Repurchase Plan

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

The Finish Line, Inc. FINL announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of outstanding common stock. The quarterly cash dividend will be payable on September 12, 2016 to shareholders of record as of August 26, 2016.

The Board also authorized a new five (5) million share repurchase plan. The new plan will commence upon completion of the current plan which has approximately 600,000 shares remaining.
