Ultimate Software Named "Leader" in G2 Crowd Rankings for Core HR Software

Ultimate Software ULTI, a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, announced today that the company has been cited as a "Leader" in Core HR software with the highest overall satisfaction in a recent report published by G2 Crowd, Inc., the world's leading business-software review platform.

In the G2 Crowd Summer 2016 Core HR Software Grid^SM report, Ultimate Software's UltiPro^® solution received the highest ranking for customer-satisfaction scores. UltiPro earned "Leader" status among a field of 96 solutions, with satisfaction rankings generated by reviews from actual users of the software. The latest report is based upon more than 525 software reviews written by HR and business professionals and posted to G2 Crowd's website.

In the report, reviewers commented on UltiPro's reporting capabilities, ease of use, and integration between modules.

• "Users agreed that UltiPro's reporting tools are flexible, and they allow you to create reports on almost any field within the system."

Key findings from the report show that 75% of the products on the Grid offer their core HR solution as part of an HR management suite, and users cited core HR's integration with other suite modules as a key factor in their purchase decisions. Users also said that the best-of-breed products are each heading in the right direction at a rate higher than the category average. UltiPro earned a score of 98% for overall customer satisfaction, exceeding the category average of 56%.
