DTE Energy Deploys PCI's Platform to Support Portfolio Management and Bid-to-Bill Workflows in the MISO Market

NORMAN, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

DTE Energy (DTE) recently deployed the PCI (Power Costs, Inc.) platform for all portfolio-management and bid-to-bill functions to support resource optimization, day-ahead and real-time bidding, MISO communications, eTagging, settlements, analytics and business intelligence.

The PCI systems currently deployed at DTE include:

  • MISO Bidding and Settlement System (PCI GenManager®)
  • Resource Optimization (PCI GenTrader®).
  • eTagging Management System (PCI eTagging)
  • Management of Outage Lifecycle Processing (PCI Outage Management)
  • Performance Analytics (PCI Settlements Analyzer and P&L Analyzer)

DTE is fully using the PCI platform for MISO operations and in addition is the first PCI customer to leverage the GenTrader® analytics platform to optimize fuel-blending decisions.
