Center for Creative Leadership and Apollo Education Group Launch Program to Strengthen Frontline Managers' Skills

The Center for Creative Leadership and Apollo Education Group APOL launched in late May 2016 an online training program, Frontline Leader Impact, designed to meet the leadership development needs of first-level managers.

Fifty-nine percent of first-time managers say adjusting to managing people and displaying authority were among their top challenges, according to CCL data.
