SUNNYVALE, Calif. & YOKNEAM, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Mellanox® Technologies, Ltd. MLNX, a leading supplier of high performance cloud and storage networking solutions, announced today that Eyal Waldman, Mellanox's Founder, President and CEO, has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

The annual ceremony for awarding Honorary Doctorates was held on June 6, 2016, where Mr. Waldman was presented with the coveted title. The prestigious ceremony was attended by world leaders and experts in science, technology, politics and other disciplines. Alongside Mr. Waldman, the distinguished degree was presented to leading figures from all over the world, including Dr. David Skorton and Professor Edwin Thomas – both from the United States; Professor Jacques Lewiner from France; and Dov Moran from Israel.
