ParkerVision Files Patent Infringement Complaint Against LG in Germany

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., June 06, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ParkerVision, Inc. PRKR, a developer, manufacturer and marketer of semiconductor technology solutions for wireless applications, announced today that its wholly-owned German subsidiary, ParkerVision GmbH, has filed a complaint against LG Electronics Deutschland GmbH, a German subsidiary of LG Electronics, Inc., for the infringement of the German part of European Patent 1 206 831.  The complaint, which was filed in Munich Regional Court, seeks injunctive relief and damages for infringing devices being offered, brought to market, used or introduced in Germany. The accused products include the LG G Flex 2, LG G3 and LG G5.  The law firm of Noerr LLP is representing ParkerVision in this action. Noerr LLP is a multinational law firm of over 500 professionals, which has substantial and longstanding expertise in handling complex German, European and international patent litigation.
