DICK'S Sporting Goods Announces Grand Opening Celebration in Quincy, IL

PITTSBURGH, May 31, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- DICK'S Sporting Goods DKS, the largest U.S.-based, full-line omni-channel sporting goods retailer, will be opening its 28^th store in Illinois and 648^th store nationwide on Friday, June 17 at Prairie Crossing in Quincy, IL (6006 Broadway Street).

DICK'S three-day Grand Opening celebration will run through Sunday, June 19. The store will open at 8:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday and 9:00 a.m. Sunday. 

On Friday, the first 100 people in line will receive a free Reebok Play Dry® T-Shirt. Adults who are in line at 7:45 a.m. on Friday will get a chance to open the DICK'S Sporting Goods Gift Locker. ^‡‡

Former St. Louis Outfielder Vince Coleman** will make an in-store appearance from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Saturday and Sunday giveaways include a free Mystery Gift Card for the first 100 adults in line. Adults who are in line at 7:45 a.m. on Saturday and 8:45 a.m. on Sunday will also get a chance to open the DICK'S Sporting Goods Gift Locker. ^‡‡
