TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation AMTD announced today that Fred Tomczyk, chief executive officer, intends to sell up to 100,000 shares of the company's common stock, less than 5 percent of his 2.1 million shares. Following the transaction he will continue to significantly exceed the company's share ownership guidelines, which are set at 10-times his base salary.
The shares will be sold between May 26 and June 15, 2016. Mr. Tomczyk plans to use the proceeds to satisfy liquidity needs within his portfolio.
