Smucker Company SJM today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a $0.67 per share dividend on the common shares of the Company to be paid on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, May 13, 2016.
The Company also announced that its annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2016. The meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, at the Fisher Auditorium, Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center, 1680 Madison Avenue, Wooster, Ohio. Shareholders of record at the close of business on Monday, June 20, 2016, will be entitled to notice of the annual meeting and to vote on matters considered at the meeting.
