BOSTON, April 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Santander Holdings USA, Inc. (SHUSA), parent company of Santander Bank, N.A., announced today that its Board of Directors declared a dividend on SHUSA's Preferred Stock.  A dividend payment of $0.45625 per share is payable on May 16, 2016 to holders of record on May 2, 2016 for SHUSA's Series C Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock SOVPRC.
