Phillips 66 to Host Annual Meeting of Shareholders

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Phillips 66 PSX will host its annual meeting of shareholders on Wednesday, May 4, at 9 a.m. CDT at the Houston Marriott Westchase, 2900 Briarpark Drive, Houston, TX 77042. Shareholders must present an admission ticket or proof of ownership of Phillips 66 stock, as well as valid picture identification, to be admitted.

Those unable to attend in person can access a live webcast of the meeting by going to the Phillips 66 Investors site, www.phillips66.com/investors, and clicking on "Events & Presentations." You should begin this procedure at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the webcast. A replay of the webcast will be archived on Phillips 66's Investors site approximately two hours after the live webcast, and a transcript will be available on the Investors site at a later date.

Final voting results from the meeting will be reported on Form 8-K and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
