Colgate-Palmolive Announces Management Appointments

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Colgate-Palmolive Company CL today announced the following new appointments for three current senior executives, effective April 1, 2016:

Mr. P. Justin Skala, 56, is appointed Chief Operating Officer, North America, Europe, Africa/Eurasia and Global Sustainability. Mr. Skala was most recently President, Colgate-North America and Global Sustainability, and previously was President, Colgate-Latin America from July 2010 through September 2013. His earlier assignments include senior marketing and general management roles at Colgate and Hill's in the U.S., Asia and Europe. He joined the Company in 1982.

Mr. Noel R. Wallace, 51, is appointed Chief Operating Officer, Global Innovation & Growth and Hill's Pet Nutrition, including leadership of the Company's Global Marketing, Research and Development, Global Manufacturing and Customer Development organizations. Mr. Wallace was most recently President, Colgate-Latin America and previously served as President, Colgate-North America and Global Sustainability from February 2010 through September 2013. His earlier assignments include senior marketing and general management roles in the U.S., Latin America, South Africa and Central Europe. He joined Colgate in 1987.

Mr. Franck J. Moison, 62, is appointed Vice Chairman overseeing the Company's business in Asia Pacific and Latin America, and its Business Development efforts. Mr. Moison had been Chief Operating Officer, Emerging Markets and Business Development since December 2013. He first assumed Chief Operating Officer responsibilities in January 2012, following senior marketing and general management roles in the U.S. and Europe, including President, Colgate-Europe. He joined Colgate in 1978.
