Danaher Announces Change To Quarterly Dividend Record Date

WASHINGTON, Feb. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Danaher Corporation DHR announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a change of the previously announced record date for the Company's upcoming regular quarterly dividend to March 24, 2016 from March 25, 2016. The dividend amount of $0.16 per share will now be payable April 29, 2016 to holders of record as of March 24, 2016.
