Shoes For Crews Names Nathan Crary Executive Vice President, Product Creation and Innovation

Shoes For Crews (the "Company"), the global leader in slip-resistant footwear, today announced the appointment of Nathan Crary to the newly-created position of Executive Vice President, Product Creation and Innovation. In this role, Mr. Crary will be responsible for overseeing product design, development and production, reporting to Stuart Jenkins, the Company's President and CEO. Mr. Crary joins Shoes For Crews with more than 20 years of footwear industry leadership experience driving innovation, manufacturing initiatives and product development processes for a variety of high-profile brands and companies.

Prior to joining Shoes For Crews, Mr. Crary most recently served as Vice President of Global Product Development for Deckers Outdoor Corporation DECK, the parent company of seven popular footwear brands including Ugg, Teva, and Sanuk. During his time there, Mr. Crary led and implemented product innovation processes that fueled impressive brand growth and improved profit margins across all brands, including the cutting edge development of Hoka One One, a new line of highly cushioned ultra-lightweight athletic shoes that received the Runner's World Editor's Choice Award in 2014.

Mr. Crary previously owned NWC International, an independent consultancy, where he helped develop specialized products and initiatives for globally-recognized footwear manufacturers and provided guidance on sourcing, development, commercialization, design, and brand direction. His extensive background in the industry also includes leading research, development and manufacturing divisions in the U.S. and Asia for a number of other footwear companies, including Pony International, LL International Shoe Company, and Nike, Inc. NKE.
