ITC Schedules Year-End 2015 Earnings Release and Webcast

NOVI, Mich., Feb. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ITC Holdings Corp. ITC today announced that it will release consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and year-ended December 31, 2015 before the market opens on February 25, 2016.

In addition, ITC will conduct a webcast and conference call at 11 a.m. Eastern on February 25, 2016. Joseph L. Welch, chairman, president and CEO, and Rejji P. Hayes, senior vice president and CFO, will discuss the financial results.
