Endurance Hires Michael Chang as Chief Executive Officer, Global Risk Solutions

New Business Within Endurance Insurance Will Target Global Industry Verticals

PEMBROKE, Bermuda - February 9, 2016 - Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. ENH, a Bermuda-based specialty provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, announced today that Mr. Michael Chang will join the company on February 22 as Chief Executive Officer of Global Risk Solutions, a newly formed business within Endurance Insurance. Mr. Chang will be responsible for building a platform targeting global industry vertical solutions for large account risk management clients. He will report to Mr. Jack Kuhn, Chief Executive Officer, Global Insurance and will be based in Endurance's New York office.

Mr. Chang was most recently Executive Vice President, Real Estate & Hospitality Practice of Chubb. He began his career at Chubb as a Surety trainee in 1997 and, since 2000, Mr. Chang has served in various management capacities in Chubb's New York Brokerage Zone, Department of Financial Institutions operation. In 2005, he was promoted to build and lead the then newly formed Global Real Estate Practice of Chubb Specialty Insurance. Prior to joining Chubb, Mr. Chang was a financial analyst for the Melville Corporation in Mahwah, NJ following his graduation from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton Undergraduate Division) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
