LTC Properties, Inc. LTC announced today that it had declared a monthly cash dividend on its common stock for the first quarter of 2016.

The Company declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share per month for the months of January, February and March 2016, payable on January 29, February 29 and March 31, 2016, respectively, to stockholders of record on January 21, February 19 and March 23, 2016, respectively.
