Three Credit Suisse Portfolio Managers Join First Republic

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- First Republic Bank FRC, a leading private bank and wealth management company, today announced that Keith Webster, Robin Yoshimura and Michael Schanna have joined First Republic as Managing Directors and Portfolio Managers.

All three have significant experience developing comprehensive wealth management solutions for individuals, families, entrepreneurs, businesses and foundations. Webster has 25 years of investment management experience and will work in First Republic's Century City office. Yoshimura has 18 years of experience and will be located in First Republic's office in downtown San Francisco. Schanna has 15 years of experience and will be located in First Republic's Newport Beach Office.

The three-member team is the latest to join First Republic Private Wealth Management. Over the past six months, six highly experienced advisors teams have joined First Republic, and on Oct. 1, First Republic completed the acquisition of Constellation Wealth Advisors. First Republic has expanded its wealth management business through organic growth, strategic acquisitions and the hiring of new teams.

Webster joined Credit Suisse Securities in 2008. Earlier in his career, he worked for Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, US Trust Company and Citytrust. Webster has an MBA in Portfolio Management from the Anderson Graduate School of Business at UCLA. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard University. Webster serves on the Board of Boys Hope/Girls Hope of Southern California.

Yoshimura joined Credit Suisse Securities in 2008. Earlier in his career, he worked for Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley. Yoshimura has an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He achieved the designation Chartered Financial Analyst® and is a member of the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts. He serves on the advisory boards of the Kellogg Graduate School Asset Management Program and the Board of Boys Hope/Girls Hope of Southern California.

Schanna joined Credit Suisse Securities in 2013.  Previously, he worked for Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Northern Trust. Schanna earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington. He is a Program Committee member for The Paul Merage School of Business' Executive Mentor Program at University of California, Irvine.
