Gabelli Convertible and Income Securities Fund Expands Investment Team

GAMCO Investors, Inc., GBL announced the appointment of Tom Dinsmore, CFA, James Dinsmore, CFA, and Jane O'Keeffe to the investment team of the Gabelli Convertible and Income Securities Fund (the "Fund") effective January 1, 2016. Messrs. Dinsmore and Dinsmore, and Ms. O'Keeffe join Mario Gabelli, who has been the portfolio manager of the Fund since inception on July 3, 1989.

Tom Dinsmore was formerly president of the Executive Committee of the Closed-End Fund Association (U.S.). He began his investment career in convertibles in 1981. Tom received a B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. degree in Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

James Dinsmore has over ten years of convertible investment experience at Dinsmore Capital. He earned a B.A. degree in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Rutgers University.

Jane O'Keeffe brings more than 35 years of investment experience including senior positions with Fiduciary Trust and Dinsmore Capital. She received a B.A. degree from the University of New Hampshire and attended the Lubin Graduate School of Pace University.
