W. R. Berkley Corporation WRB today announced that W. R. Berkley Syndicate 1967 has established an underwriting division at Lloyd's Insurance Company (China) Limited (Lloyd's China) to begin underwriting business on the Lloyd's China platform beginning 1st January, 2016.
