Graphic Packaging Declares Quarterly Dividend

ATLANTA, Nov. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Graphic Packaging Holding Company's GPK Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share.  The dividend is payable on January 5, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2015.
