Terreno Realty Corporation TRNO, an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, sold an industrial property located in Laurel, Maryland on November 6, 2015 for a sale price of approximately $11.2 million.

The property consists of one industrial building containing approximately 85,000 square feet on approximately 6.9 acres. The property is at 14851 Sweitzer Lane, is vacant as of August 31, 2015 and was purchased by Terreno Realty Corporation October 15, 2012 for approximately $7.0 million. The estimated unleveraged internal rate of return generated by the investment was approximately 21.5%.
