Ultimate Software Named "Leader" in G2 Crowd Rankings for Recruiting Software

Ultimate Software ULTI, a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, announced today that the company has been cited as a "Leader" for recruiting software with the highest overall satisfaction in a recent report published by G2 Crowd, Inc., a leading business-software review platform.

In the G2 Crowd Fall 2015 Recruiting Grid^SM Report, Ultimate Software's UltiPro^® Recruiting solution received the highest ranking for customer-satisfaction scores. UltiPro earned "Leader" status among a field of 16 recruiting solutions, with satisfaction rankings generated by reviews from actual users of the software. The latest report is based upon more than 450 software reviews written by HR and business professionals and posted to G2 Crowd's website.

Key findings from the report show job posting and application tracking are the two highest-rated features, on average, for recruiting-software users. G2 Crowd also cites ease of use as a primary influencer on overall satisfaction among recruiting tools that primarily serve enterprise companies. UltiPro Recruiting earned a score of 95% for overall customer satisfaction, exceeding the category average of 81%.
