PEMBROKE, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Validus Holdings, Ltd. ("Validus" or the "Company") VR announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per common share and $0.32 per common share equivalent for which each outstanding warrant is exercisable. The dividend is payable on December 31, 2015 to shareholders and warrant holders of record on December 15, 2015.
