Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation Discloses Change to Record and Payable Dates for Third Quarter Dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation MIC announced that the record date and payable date for its third quarter 2015 dividend have been changed to November 13, 2015 and November 18, 2015, respectively. The Company had previously announced dividend record and payable dates of November 12, 2015 and November 17, 2015.

The previously announced dividend amount of $1.13 per share has not been changed.
