Standex Raises Quarterly Cash Dividend 16.7% to $.14 Per Share

SALEM, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Standex International Corporation SXI today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.14 per share, which is payable November 25, 2015 to shareholders of record November 9, 2015. The Company's previous quarterly cash dividend was $0.12 per share.

The dividend is the Company's 205th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Standex has paid dividends each quarter since it became a public corporation in November 1964.
