Evercore Announces Rescheduled Date of Third Quarter and Nine Months 2015 Financial Results and Conference Call

Evercore EVR announced today that it has rescheduled the date of its third quarter and nine months 2015 financial results to Monday, November 2, 2015 due to unanticipated scheduling conflicts.  Evercore has also rescheduled its related conference call to November 2, 2015, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time, accessible via telephone and the internet.

Ralph L. Schlosstein, President and Chief Executive Officer, Roger C. Altman, Executive Chairman, and Robert B.
