MELVILLE, N.Y. and DAVIDSON, N.C., Oct. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- MSC INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY CO. MSM,"MSC" or the "Company," a premier distributor of Metalworking and Maintenance, Repair and Operations ("MRO") supplies to industrial customers throughout North America, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.43 per share, representing a 7.5% increase from $0.40 per share, in the regular quarterly dividend. The $0.43 dividend is payable on November 24, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2015. The ex-dividend date is November 6, 2015.
