NEW YORK, Sept. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- As previously announced, WebMD Health Corp. WBMD will be holding its Annual Meeting of Stockholders beginning at 9:30 a.m. (ET) on Thursday, October 1, 2015, at W New York – Union Square, 201 Park Avenue South, New York, New York. 

At its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, David Schlanger, CEO, will present an overview of WebMD's business, market positioning and current initiatives.
