Sims, FCPA, FCA and Neil McDonnell, MBA.

Mr. Charles R. Sims, FCPA, FCA has more than 30 years of global work experience in financial services and investment management, including 24 years in C-suite positions at private and public companies across North America. Most recently, he served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mackenzie Financial Corporation and as a Director, Co-President and Chief Executive Officer of IGM Financial, Inc. IGM. Prior to that he worked for Franklin Resources, Inc. BEN in various senior executive positions in Canada and the United States. Mr. Sims has been active in the Canadian Investment Funds industry and was a member of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada Board of Directors for 8 years, serving as Chairman from 2010-2012. He also served as a member of the Leadership Council of the Toronto Financial Services Alliance from 2009-2013 and is a past Chairman of FundSERV Inc. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario (Bachelor of Arts), he is also a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants.

Mr. Neil McDonnell, MBA, has been a leader in the technology industry for over 30 years. He currently is Chair of QHR Technologies, an Entrepreneur In Residence for the British Columbia Technologies Association, a Director for TitanStar Holdings and an advisor to the Insurance Company of British Columbia board of directors. He recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Wurldtech Security Technologies, a GE company. Prior to that he was Chair and Chief Executive Officer at TeraSpan Networks, Chief Operating Officer for TIR systems, a Royal Philips company, Chief Operating Officer for MDSI, Chief Executive Officer of Intrinsyc Software IGM, and General Manager for Plexus Systems Design. A graduate of the University of Toronto (Bachelor of Commerce) and University of British Columbia (MBA), he has experience in all aspects of operating public and private technology companies including many merger and acquisition activities.
