ReachLocal Client Service and Results Are Key Factors in Local Business' Online Marketing Success

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., Aug. 20, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- While a recent Local Search Association survey1 found that 70 percent of small businesses wished they could take advantage of online marketing, the same survey found that the vast majority of those that were using digital marketing were frustrated with the service from their current providers.

ReachLocal Inc. RLOC, a leader in powering online marketing for local businesses, recently conducted interviews with a range of customers using its ReachSearch search engine advertising technology. It found that when clients were pleased with the service they received, they enthusiastically adopted online marketing, and planned to continue to use the company's products and services in the future. It also found that despite wide variances in geographic location, industry and technical acumen, all the clients interviewed also experienced upticks in revenue and the number of qualified customer leads.

The Museum of Life and Science in Durham, North Carolina was already using ReachSearch to bring in new visitors.
