today reported revenues of $150.9 million for the third quarter of 2010, compared to revenues of $110.8 million for the third quarter of 2009. Operating income for the third quarter of 2010 was $5.1 million compared to an operating loss of ($7.8) million for the third quarter of 2009. Net income was $1.1 million for the quarter, or $0.04 per diluted share, compared to a net loss of ($15.9) million, or ($0.73) per diluted share, in the prior-year quarter. Fully diluted shares outstanding for the quarter were 28.1 million compared to 21.7 million for the prior-year period.
