OMA Informs That Aeroinvest Sold 2.9% of OMA's Shares in the Mexican Stock Market

MONTERREY, Mexico, Aug. 6, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA OMAB OMA, informs that Aeroinvest, S.A. de C.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Empresas ICA, S.A.B. de C.V., today sold a total of 11,581,300 Series B shares of OMA, representing 2.9% of the Company's equity capital. As a result, the trading volume of OMAB shares exceeded the volume threshold on the Mexican Stock Exchange for advising the market.
