Walker & Dunlop Welcomes Jack Boudler to the FHA Finance Group

BETHESDA, Md., Aug. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Walker & Dunlop, Inc. WD announced today that it has hired Jack Boudler as a senior vice president in its FHA Finance group. Mr. Boudler will specialize in arranging Agency mortgages and interim financing for the national seniors housing and long-term care market.

Mr. Boudler's corporate finance experience spans over two decades, with an emphasis on building valuable client relationships and developing innovative financing solutions.  He has structured complex, multi-tiered debt transactions for healthcare properties nationwide, including FHA and GSE permanent placements.  In a previous position as a senior banker at KeyBank and BB&T Corporation, he was involved in numerous acquisitions, recapitalization, construction, bridge and refinance transactions, originating and managing over $1.2 billion in bank financings and $550 million in HUD LEAN and Fannie Mae mortgages. More recently, Mr. Boudler was an independent strategic advisor engaged by financial institutions seeking to integrate HUD and GSE lending capabilities into their lending platforms.
