MB Financial Bank announced that Elizabeth A. Di Cola has joined the organization as a Senior Vice President and Division Manager in the bank's Commercial Banking ESOP Finance group. Di Cola joins MB from Fifth Third Bank where she was a Vice President and Director in that bank's ESOP Finance Group.

Di Cola joins MB Financial Bank's growing national ESOP Finance team, which specializes in providing leveraged employee stock ownership plans for middle-market businesses. In addition to assisting business owners and management teams in developing ESOP financing, Ms. Di Cola provides guidance in structuring post-transition financing to support ESOP companies' on-going strategic needs.
