Eric Magnuson Joins Walker & Dunlop's Western Region Capital Markets Team

BETHESDA, Md., Aug. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Walker & Dunlop, Inc. WD announced today that it has hired Eric Magnuson as senior vice president in its Western Region Capital Markets team in La Jolla, California.  Mr. Magnuson is a senior commercial real estate professional, responsible for debt and equity placement for commercial real estate finance, asset management, income property sales, project financial analysis, project capitalization, and lease negotiation with private and government entities.

With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Magnuson is a proven leader within the industry.  Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Magnuson owned Magnuson Capital Group (MCG) for 20 years which arranged over $1 billion in construction, equity, permanent, bridge, and structured debt.
