SunCoke Energy, Inc. Increases Cash Dividend 100 Percent

LISLE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Today, SunCoke Energy, Inc.'s SXC Board of Directors declared a 100 percent increase in the cash dividend, raising the quarterly rate from $0.075 to $0.15 per share of common stock. This dividend will be payable on September 10, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 19, 2015. This represents the second significant increase since SXC initiated dividends less than a year ago.

"As we continue to evolve to a pure-play general partner, this increase aligns with our long-term capital allocation strategy to distribute 80 percent to 90 percent of our free cash flow to shareholders."
