Tredegar Film Products to Introduce New Elastics Capacity in Europe

RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Tredegar Film Products, a subsidiary of Tredegar Corporation TG, today announced that it will invest in new assets to provide European customers with local supply of unique, state-of-the-art elastic laminates and elastic films for personal care applications. In response to increased demand for elastic products for adult incontinence and baby care applications, the Company is investing in new technology and capacity in the Rétság, Hungary plant to enable production of its FlexAire^TM and Extraflex^TM products. The Company expects this additional capacity to be fully operational by the end of 2016.
