Lieb to senior vice president of Fleet Engineering at its headquarters in Akron, Ohio, and Brian D. Boles to site vice president at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plant.

In his new position, Lieb will provide overall guidance and oversight of FENOC's engineering organization, focusing on sound engineering practices that keep the company's nuclear plants operating safely and reliably.  Lieb will report to FENOC President and Chief Nuclear Officer Samuel L. Belcher.

Boles replaces Lieb as site vice president of Davis-Besse and will report to Senior Vice President and FENOC Chief Operating Officer Paul A. Harden.  As site vice president, Boles is responsible for overall management, direction and coordination of Davis-Besse's operation.

"Ray's extensive engineering background and solid understanding of plant operations will benefit FENOC's fleet engineering organization.  In addition, Brian's past experience at Davis-Besse and his solid leadership abilities will assist the site in continuing to achieve top industry performance," said Belcher.  "We are fortunate to have a deep bench of solid leaders within FENOC, and I am confident Ray and Brian will continue to guide the safe, reliable and cost-efficient operations of our nuclear plants in their new roles."
